Big outdoor Pool, very nice to look at in the evening hours. Rooms are well equipped with nice furnitures, nothing to complain there. From what I experienced, I can't imagine this hotel surviving for long as there are better hotels in more favourable areas. Burgers at the snack bar were outrageous! I chose this hotel because it's a new one, and for the first time, i regret doing so. I asked about the table-tennis and was told it broke down 2 weeks earlier and i wonder why nobody cared to get a new one! Cooked food at lunch and dinner time was annoyingly repeatative and of poor quality (and i'm not a person who usually complain about food!). checked out a day earlier by the same man and he didn't bother asking why we were leaving a day earlier! Animation team were really nice, but the animation program ran on a very limited schedule - when we finally had a sunny day, i joined the water polo game - after about 20 minutes they just took the ball and stopped the game!. It's a first time for me to feel unwelcomed upon check-in, the man barely spoke english, checked us in a huge rush, didn't offer to take our luggage to the room, forgot to give us the hotel's bracelets. The nice lady who baked filled pastries at the corner of the snack bar made a very good job. House keeping staff were very nice and attentive. Rooms were considerably new, well decorated and comfortable. Guest relations representative was a very nice lady.
